Souls and Cities in Mexico…
There are going to be some upcoming posts on my travels thru Mexico over the last two months. These will all have a eco-slant to them (of course!).
In my travels one of the things I have noticed is the way having less, provides you with more. What I mean by this is that by the pure nature of not having the means to purchase the garlic press, the cappuccino machine, and the wine stopper you are forced to think creatively. Maybe it’s from tapping into this creative force these items were created in the first place.
I end this short but sweet post with a quote from a travel the world over, one of my favorite reads on this journey I have taken down here.
“I have no plans, no dates, no appointments with anybody, so I leisurely explore souls and cities”. – Jack Kerouac, Mexico City Blues
much bliss,
a.

Hello lovely world!
Aloha fellow green bohemians everywhere…I know you are out there, and their is massive proof you exist. I have created this site in hopes of delivering accurate, informative, and down right funky tips and ideas on how to be green. I’ll also be making this site personal in the means that I will blog what I want, when I feel the need to. It may be related to my travels. It may be a poem or song idea. Chances are it will be all of the above. Whenever I can, travel is part of my life. This will be here too, as well as links to photos and news related events of interest to me (and maybe you).
In the following days I will start showing you exactly what I mean. From informal dinner parties with an eco-reusable twist, to a daily practice you can take up to make big changes in small ways. Or small changes in big ways, whichever fits you best. Maybe just information or inspiration I find appealing.
Now I must disclaim, I lived on the island of O’ahu and I am going to be throwing their local scene into the mix as well. You see, I want to see this island grow in it’s sustainability and resources by exponential means.
One way I can help other than my “daily do’s” is thru blogging, writing, and sharing with all of you.
If you like what you see please share and pass on, add me to your bookmarks, or as a link!
We can be green, we are green, let’s be green together!
